Please use our Returns Request Form to request returns and/or exchanges and specify what you are returning and what you want to replace or refund. We will email you a free prepaid US Postal service label for your return items on continental USA orders*.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may exchange it for a product of the same value. Since we don't keep your credit card on file, any exchange for another item not at the same price must be returned for a full refund and you may re-order the item you want.
Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase. You must send back the item to be exchanged within 7 days after receipt of our free USPS return label.
Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund within 60 days of purchase. You must send back the item(s) to be returned within 7 days after receipt of our free USPS return label.
Defective Products: In the unlikely event that we have sent you defective product we offer our sincere apology and will be happy to replace or refund it.
