We pride ourselves on getting things right. That doesn’t mean we’re perfect, but when we make mistakes we fix them.

If you’re not happy with your Mouthman order just get in touch with us  and we’ll either organize a replacement, provide you with a store credit, or give you your money back. It’s your choice.  Just return to us within 60 days.

We even provide you with a prepaid USPS First Class Return mailing label.  Contact us!

If you prefer, you can just send it back with a note and we'll take it from there as soon as we receive it. 
To complete your return, we request a receipt or proof of purchase.
Your original packing slip with your order # or your original confirmation email should work great for this!

(If you can't locate either or this was a gift you would like to return/exchange
please contact us and we'll square things that way.)

Once we receive your returned item, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If this was a gift and you would like to return your item for credit please email us at and we'll issue a special discount code to you for use on our website.  After 60 days, no refunds or exchanges are permitted.

We do not refund international and/or expedited shipping charges, like Priority Mail.  In those cases, the refund is limited to a refund of the product price(s) only.  We provide a free First Class postal label for returns.  Should you return via any other method, you will be charged for the cost of expedited returns.  You may certainly pay at your own expense, the cost of an expedited return.
We also charge a 15% restocking fee for items returned without their original packaging.

If you requested an exchange, your replacement item will be shipped within four days... on us!  You must first return the item to be exchanged.  We pay only for the postage for First Class US Mail for returns or exchanges.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Finally, if you have any concerns at all  regarding the quality of a product (or anything we are doing/not doing that you think we should do/ not do)
