Returns Info for Refunds or Exchanges

What items are returnable?

  • Within 60 days of receipt of your order
  • In original condition and packaging
  • Unwashed and unworn, unused
  • Exchange for another size or item of the same price

Are there any charges?

  • No, if you are inside the USA.  We email you a prepaid USPS Return label whether you return for refund or exchange.
  • Returned order(s) are refunded only original non-expedited shipping charge.
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges for expedited shipping or from outside the USA.
  • A restocking fee may be applied for non-resalable items.

How do I return?

  • Below, enter the last 4 digits of your Order Number and Email Address in the fields below. (example: 5555)
  • Click RETURN ITEMS
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the item(s) you want to return or exchange.
  • Select Return or Exchange.  If Exchange, tell us what you would like us to send you.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with further information.
  • After completion, see below for Return Instructions.

How soon will I get my refund or exchange?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and/or exchange.
  • If approved, your exchange will be shipped to you and/or your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment, within five (5) business days or less.

Return Instructions

  1. Pack items to be returned along with the original Packing Slip or a print out of your purchase confirmation email

  2. Include a note specifying what you'd like to exchange or have refunded if you haven't done so on the form above. You can use the packaging or box the items arrived in, or other packaging, if you prefer.

    Note: Do not use a USPS Priority Mail or Express envelope or box.  If you do, you will be charged the cost of expedited shipping.

  3. Print out the prepaid USPS shipping label you received via email and affix to your package.  Go to your local post office, drop in a mailbox or hand to your mail carrier. If you don't qualify for free returns, affix proper postage and use your return address on the package and mail to us at the address below.

  4. Please provide us the tracking number from post office if applicable. You can keep tracking your package by receiving email for shipment updates.

  5. You will receive an email as soon as we received your items and when your refund  or exchange is approved.  Exchanges will receive a new order tracking number.
