How do I create an account?
1) Click the "Sign Up" link at the top left side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private.

How do I edit my account information?
     Click the ""Your Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.

How much is my shipping?
     Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

I forgot my password.
     Click the "Your Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
     If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Do you Ship Internationally?
Yes!  International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.  

Please be aware that when orders are shipped internationally  they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond  original delivery estimates. Also note that international packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which the order has been shipped. Unfortunately, MOUTHMAN® has no control over these charges and they are the customer's responsibility.  International orders are not returnable or refundable, unless special circumstances exist- so please order with care.  If you have an international order that you feel  qualifies as a special circumstance for return or credit, please  read our return policy , then contact us at

When will my order ship?
Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the ""Your Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-72 hours of shipment.

DOMESTIC ORDERS: Orders placed Monday-Friday between 8am-3pm (PST) that are in stock will generally ship within 72 hours  If your order is placed on Saturday, Sunday or a Holiday then your in-stock item will generally ship within 48 hours of the next business day. Please note this is not a guarantee, but an estimate. We work hard to process your orders in a timely and efficient manner, but small companies like ours can be affected by anything---- from flu bugs to computer bugs---- that can make it more difficult for us to make that happen.  Please be assured though, that rarely do those things actually happen and affect your shipment- but if they do...know that we are doing our very best to make you happy-- and you can feel good knowing that you are supporting a small USA company that is proud and willing to work extra hard to keep it that way.  If you would like guaranteed next day processing and shipment on in stock items please choose USPS Express next day service as your shipping option and email a note to to ensure your item(s) will be processed and out the door within 24 hours of order placement . 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: typically ship out within 72 hours of reciept, are subject to customs or duty fees and can take up to two weeks to arrive.
International orders are non returnable unless defective and Mouthman® is not liable for packages lost, or stolen in transit. During the holiday season please allow extra processing time for your order.
