How do I create an account?

1) Click the "Person Icon" symbol at the top right side of our site next to the cart
2) Select "Register"
3) Enter your name, email address & select a private password
4) Click the "CREATE" button

Note: Your information is NEVER provided or sold to any other company and is kept completely private.  We never store your credit card information.  That is only used at checkout or for refunds and adjustments.

How do I edit my account information?

1) Click the "Person Icon" symbol at the top right side of our site next to the cart
2) Select "Account" in the drop-down menu
3) Log in using your email address and password

How much is my shipping?

Simply add items to the shopping Cart, go to the Cart, then proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.  Shipping choice(s) are automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.

I forgot my password.

1) Click the "Person Icon" symbol at the top right side of our site next to the cart
2) Select the "Sign In" link in the drop-down menu
4) Under the login box, click "Forgot your password?"
5) Enter your email address and click the "SUBMIT" button

How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact Customer Service within 72 hours of receiving the product or click here to request a return or exchange of an item(s) using our automated system.

What is your return policy?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes!  International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.  

Please be aware that when orders are shipped internationally, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond  original delivery estimates. Also note that international packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which the order has been shipped. Unfortunately, MOUTHMAN® has no control over these charges and they are the customer's responsibility.  International orders are not returnable or refundable, unless special circumstances exist- so please order with care.

If you have an international order that you feel qualifies as a special circumstance for return or credit, please read our Return Policy, then contact us.

When will my order ship?

Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, click here to track the status of your order and check your email for shipment updates and a tracking number. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-72 hours of shipment.



Orders placed Monday-Friday between 8am to 3pm (Pacific Time) that are in stock will generally ship within 72 hours.  If your order is placed on Saturday, Sunday or a Holiday then your in-stock item will generally ship within 48 hours of the next business day.

Please note this is not a guarantee, but an estimate. We work hard to process your orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Please be assured that we are doing our very best to make you happy -- and rest assured that we work extra hard to earn your business.


We typically ship out within 72 hours of receipt, are subject to customs or duty fees and can take up to two weeks to arrive.

International orders are non returnable unless defective and Mouthman® is not liable for packages lost, or stolen in transit. During the holiday season please allow extra processing time for your order.
